The beauty of the EnCompass system is that it provides centralized control for administrators to manage the branch operations. Our management team really likes the ability to view individual offices at any time and from any place with a secure internet connection. We are on their service bureau model and the Compass server uptime has been excellent.

Previously, we were running on a system that required a server at each location. Our branches had to run daily reports and forward to the home office where we consolidated them for management review. This was costly to us in dollars and time. Once we converted to the EnCompass loan platform, we were able to generate all these reports on an automated basis to better help us manage our company.

An additional benefit of this system has been our ability to open and manage new offices faster and with greater efficiencies. Since being on the Compass server, we are able to get more information in a timely manner and we have been able to reduce the number of outside supervisors required to manager our entire operation.

The system has a lot of checks and balances such as not allowing a manager to make a loan above their “loan approval limit”. It has also helped streamline our audit procedures.

We feel that EnCompass has been a worthwhile investment for our company. It has been a good partnership for us as we look to future growth.

By moving to the Compass Kwik-App program, Kitch as been able gain an edge on competitors by electronically providing all necessary loan documents to our indirect dealers. Dealers love the fact that the system prepares all documents for them and it ensures that the documentation brought for loan funding will be correct.

This saves tremendous amounts of time for both the lender and the dealer. It also helps ensure that a loan booked on the system completely matches the terms documented on the loan documents. We can process and fund loans much quicker today.

We have gained valuable efficiency by moving the application process to the dealers, thereby freeing up Kitch CSR's so the company can process additional direct loan applications without having to hire additional staff.

We are a bank-owned finance company with nine branches. We were excited initially because the EnCompass system worked with the bank's AS-400 server. With this system, we don't need as much hands-on oversight as before. All our data is available on one central database and we can access that information from any office workstation or from remote locations.

Our employee productivity has increased tremendously since we installed EnCompass. We have a recovery office that also has increased production and effieciency with the ease of the encompass system. It has also made critical information more easily available to examiners for audits.

Because the system literally closes out each night, we get an overall financial update each morning when we come in to see how our month is tracking. In addition, anytime Compass completes a system enhancement, it is automatically loaded on our server.

We have been on the EnCompass system almost six years now and have been pleased with the system's performance and especially with the customer service team.
